With Easter upon us and new life bursting out of everycornerofthe farm, we thought you might like an update on the inside of the Granary, our first guests sampled our hospitality last night with a one night stay and a lambing experience.
The traditional interior has been created by ourFantastic Building Team Led By Andrew Hawthorne, and Mark Hemming, their finish quality and attention to detail during every stage of the project has been outstanding. In addition as Sue and I have worked alongside the team at every stage of the project they have shown a solution focussed approach to each aspect of the conversion.

The Stone flooring combined with our green energy biomass heating allows guests to stay both warm whilst at the same time know that the heating is provided by a sustainable source.
Also our plumbers last week were outstanding, Simon and Jean connected our biomass feed into a purpose built heating system in a day we had heating and hot water throughout, wherever possible our policy is to seek local trades to safeguard our Rural economy, this policy has rewarded us with a quality product we are both proud of and confident in.
The landscaping has been done in house by Dan Crawford, and Max and Joe Wood now the ground is drying up the Car park Can go in, guess we need to speak to our friends at the woodland Trust about trees.
With soft furnishings now going in, it’s hard to believe that we are nearing completion, the project started in January and has come in on plan and on time, and the whole project is an excellent example of why we should all buy local in every way we can.
Finally thank you to our guests past, present and future, we now have 2 stunning properties on the farm just 15 mins from Stratford upon Avon, in which you can relax and enjoy this Rural part of Warwickshire.
