Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding


One cup Yorkshire Pudding – No Scales Required

1 cup of eggs
1 cup plain flour
1 cup of milk (add more milk to thin if required)

Whisk

Refrigerate1hr

Pre heat hot oven 220 or hotter

Heat sunflower oil in non stick trays till smoking

Final whisk

Add mix to trays immediately place into hot oven middle to top shelf

After 20 mins check by slightly opening oven

Allow yourself to be overwhelmed with your achievement

Don’t forget to cook the beef!
